چکیده

Auxin is a plant hormone that highly associated with various biological processes, especially growth, development and fruit ripening. The Small Upregulated RNA (SAUR) genes, whose family the largest one of early auxin response has received less attention from genome-wide analyzes compared to other gene families. In this study, we successfully conducted analysis Fragaria vesca L. identified 66 SAUR genes. paper, provide important information on identification all genes in vesca, including protein sequences, chromosome mapping, phylogeny analyzes. Gene expression data strawberry eFP Browser demonstrated FvSAUR had diversified patterns vegetative tissues. RT-qPCR 10 selected based browser could be expressed divergence at least organs/tissues tested. Our provides some basic genomic for foundation further investigations deciphering their function during

Genome-Wide Identification of bZIP Family Genes Involved in Drought and Heat Stresses in Strawberry (Fragaria vesca)

Basic leucine zipper (bZIP) genes are known to play a crucial role in response to various processes in plant as well as abiotic or biotic stress challenges. We have performed an identification and characterization of 50 bZIP genes across the woodland strawberry (Fragaria vesca) genome, which were divided into 10 clades according to the phylogenetic relationship of the strawberry bZIP proteins w...

Identification and Transcript Analysis of the TCP Transcription Factors in the Diploid Woodland Strawberry Fragaria vesca

Plant-specific TEOSINTE BRANCHED 1, CYCLOIDEA, and PROLIFERATING CELL FACTORS (TCP) transcription factors play versatile functions in multiple processes of plant growth and development. However, no systematic study has been performed in strawberry. In this study, 19 FvTCP genes were identified in the diploid woodland strawberry (Fragaria vesca) accession Heilongjiang-3. Phylogenetic analysis su...

Genome-Wide Identification and Expression Analysis of MRLK Family Genes Associated with Strawberry (Fragaria vesca) Fruit Ripening and Abiotic Stress Responses

Malectin-like domain-containing receptor-like kinases (MRLK) constitute a large and divergent family of proteins in plants; however, little is known about the role of MRLKs in fruit growth and development. In this study, we characterized MRLK family genes in diploid strawberry, Fragaria vesca. Based on an analysis of malectin-like domain and a search in the strawberry genome and NCBI database, ...

Survey of simple sequence repeats in woodland strawberry (Fragaria vesca).

The use of simple sequence repeats (SSRs), or microsatellites, as genetic markers has become popular due to their abundance and variation in length among individuals. In this study, we investigated linkage groups (LGs) in the woodland strawberry (Fragaria vesca) and demonstrated variation in the abundances, densities, and relative densities of mononucleotide, dinucleotide, and trinucleotide rep...

The Content of Secondary Metabolites and Antioxidant Activity of Wild Strawberry Fruit (Fragaria vesca L.)

Chemical analyses carried out in 2011-2013 aimed at evaluating the contents of flavonoids, free phenolic acids, tannins, anthocyanins, and antioxidant activity (%) by means of DPPH radical neutralization ability in fresh and air-dried fruits of three wild strawberry cultivars. Examinations revealed differences in contents of biologically active substances determined in raw versus dried material...
